How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping varies by location but generally takes 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition drops may be final sale.
How do I care for my knitwear?
To maintain the shape and quality of our signature knits, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent and laying flat to dry. Avoid hanging knitwear to prevent stretching.
Do you restock sold-out items?
We focus on small-batch production to reduce waste, so many of our items are limited runs. However, we occasionally restock popular styles. We recommend signing up for 'Back in Stock' alerts on the specific product page.
